Free MLM Software & Free Downloads
Free MLM software exists in four distinct forms, and only one of them is actually free. This page sets out what each one is, where it genuinely works, and the specific point at which it stops working — which in every case is the compensation plan.
What you get
Outcomes operators report after moving onto the platform.
Four different things called free
Trials, free tiers, open source projects and pirated scripts. They fail differently and only two are worth your time.
Where free genuinely works
Learning the domain, modelling a plan, validating an idea before funding it, and running a very small single-market operation.
Where it stops
The commission engine. A free package implements someone else's plan, and yours is the part that has to match your company exactly.
Free things we actually offer
A plan calculator, this entire library of plan mechanics and commission arithmetic, and a scoping conversation with an honest answer.
The pirated script problem
Cracked commercial scripts are widely circulated, frequently carry modified code, and are the worst possible foundation for a system holding payment data.
What free never includes
Agreement versioning, income disclosure publishing, retail order classification and an audit trail — the things you cannot backfill.
Four things called free
| Form | Free of | Not free of |
|---|---|---|
| Trial | cost, temporarily | anything after the trial |
| Free tier | cost, permanently, within limits | the limits, which are usually the plan |
| Open source | licence cost | hosting, maintenance, and your engineering time |
| Pirated script | nothing worth having | legal exposure and security risk |
These are not variations on one thing. They fail in different ways and two of them are worth your time.
Free trials
A time-limited look at commercial software. Useful, and worth using well: rather than clicking through the interface, take your actual plan document and try to configure it. Then run a commission calculation against a small set of seeded orders and check the arithmetic by hand.
That exercise answers the only question a trial can answer — whether this platform can express your plan — and it is the question demos are least likely to volunteer. Our own demo page describes what we show and what we do not pretend.
Free tiers
Permanently free within limits, and the limits are the point. Usually capped on distributor count, order volume, or the number of plan components.
The distributor cap is the one people notice. The plan component cap is the one that matters, because it is where you discover that your plan needs a component the free tier does not offer, and the upgrade path is priced for a company larger than you.
At a genuinely small scale — dozens of distributors, one market, a simple plan — a free tier can be the correct choice, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.
Open source
Source-available projects you host yourself. Free of licence cost; not free of engineering cost, and the second number is usually larger than the first would have been.
The full picture is on the open source page, including what to check before adopting a project and why we do not publish a recommended list.
Pirated scripts, and why not
There is a substantial trade in cracked commercial MLM software on file-sharing and script marketplaces. It is worth being direct about this rather than leaving it as a matter of taste.
- It is copyright infringement, and the vendors in this category do pursue it.
- Cracked distributions routinely contain modified code. Credential harvesting and backdoors are common, because the population downloading this software is running systems that hold money.
- It cannot be updated, so every security patch published upstream is one you do not get.
- What you would be running it on: distributor identity documents, bank account details, payment data, and the calculation that determines people’s income.
There is no configuration of that trade-off that comes out ahead.
The point where all of it stops
Every free option runs into the same wall, and it is worth naming precisely.
The compensation plan is the part of this software that is specific to your company. It encodes your rates, your qualifications, your caps, your compression rules and your clawback policy. It changes when your business changes. And it is the thing a package cannot contain, because a package is written before it meets you.
So free software offers you one of two deals. Either you adopt the plan it already implements, exactly, and never change it. Or you implement the difference yourself, inside a commission calculation you did not write, generally without tests around it, and you find out whether it was right after it has paid real people.
The second is not a saving. It is your engineering time plus the risk of a payout error, and payout errors in this industry are expensive in a currency that is not money.
What free also never includes
Worth separating out, because these are the items that cannot be added later:
- Agreement versioning — what a distributor accepted, and which version.
- Income disclosure publishing — the document, linked where the earnings conversation happens.
- Retail versus internal order classification — recorded at order entry, unreconstructable afterwards.
- An audit trail covering plan and rate changes — the record that answers “why did my commission change”.
Every one of those is cheap to build at the start and impossible to backfill, because the data was never captured. That is the argument in full on the small business page.
What is actually free here
The plan calculator. Enter a structure and see the payout ratio before it is anyone’s income. No form, no booking, and it does not send us your numbers.
Everything written on this site. The plan pages carry real commission arithmetic with worked tables — the multi-level marketing page works through how depth compounds payout cost, and the binary plan page does the same for weak-leg carry-forward. That material is useful whether or not you ever talk to us.
A scoping conversation with a straight answer, including “this is smaller than a build justifies, here is what fits”. The pricing page sets out what drives cost so you can work out roughly where you sit before asking.
At a glance

|---|---|
| Free tier | A permanent but limited plan, usually capped on distributors, orders or plan components. Sometimes genuinely sufficient at very small scale |

| Pirated scripts | Cracked commercial software distributed on file-sharing sites. Not recommended under any circumstances, for reasons stated below |
| Genuinely free from us | The plan calculator, every article and mechanics page on this site, and a scoping conversation with a straight answer |
