Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement for an engagement — that is a separate signed contract, and where the two differ the contract wins.
Accepting these terms
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. They apply to everyone who reads a page here, whether or not you ever contact us.
“We”, “us” and “our” mean MLMSoftwarePro LLC, trading as MLMSoftwarePro.
What this site is
This is a marketing and reference site for a software product. The pages describe what our platform does, how compensation plan mechanics work, and what the software costs to implement.
Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract. An engagement begins only when both parties sign one.
This is not legal advice
This page is general information about software capability, not legal advice. Direct selling compensation plans are regulated differently in every market. Have your plan and your income representations reviewed by qualified direct selling counsel before you launch or change them.
Where a page cites a statute, a regulator's guidance or a case — the FTC's business guidance and the Koscot line of cases in the United States, section 43 of the Consumer Protection Act or POPIA in South Africa — it is describing the general shape of a rule for an operator's orientation. It is not an opinion about your plan, and the fact that our software can produce a report a regulator might ask for does not make your plan lawful.
No income or earnings claims
MLMSoftwarePro sells software. We do not operate a direct selling business, recruit distributors, or make income representations of any kind. Any figures on this site illustrate software behaviour on sample data.
Figures in the plan calculator, on plan pages and in worked examples are illustrations of how a payout formula behaves on the inputs given. They are not forecasts, not typical results, and not a representation that any company or distributor will earn anything at all. Your own income disclosure obligations are yours, and they are not discharged by anything on this site.
Accuracy, sourcing and comparison pages
We aim to be accurate and specific, and we date what we check. Software changes, statutes are amended and vendors reposition, so a page can be correct when published and stale later.
Competitor columns record only what that vendor documents publicly, as of the date above. “Not documented” means we found no public statement either way — not that the capability is missing. Verify anything decision-critical directly with the vendor.
Verify anything decision-critical before you rely on it. If you find something wrong here, tell us — a correction is cheaper than a reputation.
Third-party names and trademarks
Third-party product and company names are the trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to them is for identification and comparison only and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Prices shown on this site
Prices shown are typical ranges for scoping purposes and are not a quote. Your figure depends on plan complexity, integrations, migration scope and market count.
Where a price range appears in page markup for search engines, it carries the same meaning as the range on the page: an indicative band for scoping, not a published rate card.
The plan calculator
The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is transmitted to us or to anybody else, and nothing is stored between visits.
This calculator models plan structure only. It does not account for breakage, rank qualification, caps other than the one entered, clawbacks, tax or fulfilment cost. Treat the output as a first sanity check, not as a compensation plan.
Content on this site
The text, diagrams, page structure and code of this site are ours or are licensed to us. You may read it, print it, and quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link.
You may not republish substantial parts of it as your own, resell it, or extract it in bulk — by scraper, crawler or otherwise — for use in a competing service. Normal search-engine crawling is welcome; the site publishes a robots.txt and an llms.txt to make what we offer machine-readable on purpose.
Acceptable use
Do not use the enquiry form to send unsolicited commercial messages, malware or anything unlawful; do not submit it automatically or at volume; and do not attempt to interfere with the availability or integrity of the site.
We may block access that does any of the above, and we may keep the request data needed to do it.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a regulator, a statute, a vendor's documentation or an industry body, we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.
Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site available and current, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, move or remove any page. Nothing on this page is a service level commitment; service levels for a platform we operate for a client live in that client's agreement.
Limits of liability
The content of this site is provided as-is, for general information. To the fullest extent the law permits, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on it — including a compensation plan decision, a launch decision, a vendor selection or a compliance position adopted on the strength of a page here.
This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Our obligations for work we are actually engaged to do, and the remedies for them, are set out in the signed agreement for that work. That agreement prevails over anything on this website.
Privacy
How we handle personal information — what the enquiry form collects, the lawful basis under the GDPR and POPIA, retention and your rights — is set out in the Privacy Policy , which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
Your use of this website is governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which MLMSoftwarePro LLC is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
An engagement is governed by whatever law its signed agreement states, which may differ.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page changes when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means accepting the updated version.
