High-Tech Genealogy Visualization

Drill from a top-level rank down to an individual order without a page reload. Placement overrides, compliance holds and carry-forward volume are visible on the node itself, so support answers a distributor question in one screen instead of five.

  • Renders 100,000+ nodes with virtualised drawing, not a paginated table
  • Left and right leg volume, carry-forward and flush shown per node
  • Every placement override is written to an immutable audit log
  • Export any subtree to CSV for finance or a regulator request

FAQ

Questions operators ask before they switch

Straight answers on plan mechanics, migration risk and compliance. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

Which compensation plans does the platform support out of the box?

Binary, unilevel, matrix (including forced matrix), board or revolving matrix, monoline, generation, party plan, hybrid and stair-step breakaway. They are configurations of one commission engine rather than separate products, so a hybrid plan that pays binary pairing plus unilevel level commissions plus a leadership pool is a rule set, not a custom build.

How long does implementation take?

A standard launch on a single plan with one payment provider runs six to ten weeks: two weeks on plan configuration and commission validation, two on branding and the replicated site, one on payment and tax integration, then user acceptance testing and a parallel commission run. A migration with historical genealogy and open commission liabilities typically adds three to five weeks, most of it in data reconciliation rather than software work.

Can you migrate our existing distributors, genealogy and commission history?

Yes. We import distributor records, sponsor and placement trees, rank history, wallet balances and closed commission periods. The step that protects you is the parallel run: we recalculate your last two or three closed periods on the new engine and reconcile them line by line against what you actually paid. You approve the switch only once those numbers match, so no distributor sees a payout change caused by the migration itself.

How does the commission engine handle a disputed payout?

Every run is deterministic and replayable. Each commission line records the order that generated it, the rule that paid it, the volume and rate applied, and the qualification state of the distributor at the moment of the run. You can re-execute a historical period against its original rule set and get byte-identical output, which is what turns a distributor dispute into a two-minute lookup instead of a spreadsheet reconstruction.

What does MLM software cost?

Implementation for a single-plan launch typically runs $4,900 to $18,000 depending on plan complexity, integrations and data migration, with a monthly platform fee scaled to active distributor count and transaction volume. Enterprise deployments with multiple markets, custom payment rails or a dedicated environment reach $49,000 and up. We quote against your plan document rather than a tier list, and the demo includes the actual number.

Is the platform compliant with FTC rules in the United States?

The software enforces the controls a compliant program depends on, but compliance is a function of your business model, not your vendor. What we provide: retail-customer versus distributor purchase tracking so you can evidence genuine outside sales, personal-consumption flags, income-claim controls in the replicated-site builder, inventory-loading limits, refund and buyback processing to policy, and an immutable audit trail. What we cannot do is make a plan lawful if compensation is driven by recruitment rather than product sales. Have your plan reviewed by direct selling counsel before launch.

Do you support South African operators specifically?

Yes. That means ZAR as a base or settlement currency, 15% VAT handling on both product sales and distributor commission invoices, EFT payouts through South African banks, POPIA-aligned consent capture and data-subject request handling, Consumer Protection Act cooling-off periods in the order flow, and regional hosting or replication so back-office latency for Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Pretoria users is not routed through a US-only region.

Will the genealogy stay usable once we have tens of thousands of distributors?

It is built for that case. The tree renders through a virtualised canvas with server-side subtree paging, so opening a node at depth 40 in a 250,000-position structure is a bounded query rather than a full-tree load. Volume roll-ups are materialised incrementally as orders post instead of being recomputed on view, which is the specific thing that makes most genealogy screens unusable past a few thousand nodes.

Can distributors use it on mobile?

The back office is fully responsive, and a branded native app for iOS and Android is available with genealogy, order placement, commission statements, rank progress, prospect follow-up and push notifications on commission runs and rank advancement. The app ships under your brand in your developer accounts, so you keep ownership of the listing and its reviews.

Does it integrate with our existing store and tools?

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and OpenCart have maintained connectors that map orders to distributors and post volume into the commission engine in real time. Beyond those, a documented REST API and outbound webhooks cover accounting (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage), payment providers, tax engines, KYC providers, CRM and email platforms. Nothing is locked behind an integration fee to read your own data.

Do we own our data, and can we get it out?

You own it. Full exports of distributors, genealogy, orders, commission history and documents are available on demand in CSV and JSON, plus scheduled exports to your own storage bucket. There is no exit fee and no export throttle. We publish this because the opposite policy is common in this category and it is the single most expensive thing to discover after you have signed.

What happens in the free demo?

Send your compensation plan document, or a description of how you intend to pay, and we configure it in a sandbox before the call. On the call you see your own plan paying out on sample volume, including the edge cases operators forget: a spillover placement, a rank that qualifies mid-period, a refund that triggers a clawback, and a payout blocked by a KYC hold. No slide deck, no card, and no sales sequence afterwards.
