Epixel MLM Software Alternative
Epixel is an established vendor in this category and a reasonable shortlist entry. This page does not claim otherwise. What it does is state precisely what we do on each capability that decides a platform, so you can put the same questions to them and compare answers you have seen demonstrated.
What you get
Outcomes operators report after moving onto the platform.
No unsourced claims about anyone
Every competitor cell on this page reads “Not documented”, because we have not completed a documented verification pass. It does not mean the capability is missing.
Our column is fully specific
Each answer names the mechanism, not a benefit. Anything listed here can be demonstrated in a sandbox on a demo call.
The questions transfer
The nine rows work on any vendor in this category, including ones we have never written about. Use them as your evaluation script.
How to read a comparison page, including this one
Comparison pages in this category are usually written by one vendor about another, from that vendor’s marketing site, with the conclusion decided in advance. Ours is written by one of the vendors too. The difference we can offer is not neutrality — it is method.
Three rules apply to every competitor page on this site:
- A competitor cell is only filled in from a public source, with the URL cited and the date recorded. Marketing copy, a sales call and a third-party review site are not sources.
- “Not documented” never means “no”. The absence of a public statement is not evidence of a missing feature, and a table that treats it as one is misleading by construction.
- The badge colour follows the fact, not the column. An undocumented capability is neutral, not negative.
That is why the Epixel column above is entirely “Not documented”. We have not completed a verification pass. When we do, each row will carry a citation.
The three questions that decide most evaluations
If you only test three things across both vendors, test these.
Can the engine reproduce a closed period?
Change a rank threshold in the sandbox, then re-run a month that has already been paid. An engine that versions its rule set alongside the run returns the numbers you paid. An engine that recalculates against current rules returns different numbers, and cannot show a distributor which is correct. This is the property that decides whether a commission dispute costs two minutes or two weeks — see commission software for how it is implemented here.
Does the genealogy work at your projected size?
Not your current size. Ask for a test organisation in the six figures and open a node at depth 40. If a vendor cannot produce one, you have learned something either way.
Can you get all your data out, today, for free?
Ask for a live export in the demo. Then ask for the export and termination terms in writing. This is the cheapest thing to verify before signing and the most expensive thing to discover afterwards.
What we would want you to check about us
The same nine rows, in a sandbox, with your plan configured. If any answer above turns out to be less true than stated, that is a defect on our side and we would rather find it on a demo call than after an implementation. The buyer’s checklist is the longer version, and it is written to be used against us as much as against anyone else.
Side-by-side comparison
| Capability | MLMSoftwarePro | Epixel |
|---|---|---|
| Re-run a closed commission period and reproduce it exactly | Yes. Rule sets are versioned with the run, so a closed period re-executes to identical output even after thresholds change. | Not documentedAsk for it live in the sandbox: change a rank threshold, then re-run last month. |
| Refund unwinds the qualifications and bonuses the volume supported | Yes, as adjustment lines against the original period. Original lines are never edited. | Not documentedAsk to see the resulting audit lines, not just the reversed volume. |
| Genealogy node opened at depth 40 inside a six-figure organisation | Bounded query. Virtualised rendering with server-side subtree paging and roll-ups materialised on write. | Not documentedAsk for a test organisation in the six figures rather than a demo tree. |
| Full data export on demand, without a fee or a throttle | Yes. Distributors, both trees, orders, commission history, wallet ledger and documents in CSV or JSON, plus scheduled export to your own bucket. | Not documentedAsk for the export to be performed live, then get the termination clause in writing. |
| Retail customer versus distributor purchase classified at order level | Yes, at the order level, with per-period reporting on the ratio between the two. | Not documentedThis is the foundation of FTC-facing evidence. Ask whether it is a field or a report. |
| Plan rules changed by an administrator without a change request | Yes. Ranks, thresholds, qualification logic, caps and bonus rules are configuration, and every change is versioned. | Not documentedAsk what a rank-threshold change costs and how long it takes. |
| REST API with no endpoint gated behind an additional fee | Yes. Published OpenAPI specification, token auth, per-endpoint rate limits, HMAC-signed webhooks with 24-hour retries. | Not documentedAsk specifically about read access to your own commission data. |
| South African operating requirements handled natively | ZAR settlement, 15% VAT on commission invoices with self-invoicing, EFT batch files for local banks, POPIA consent records, CPA cooling-off in the order flow. | Not documentedRelevant only if you operate here. Ask about VAT on commission specifically. |
| Branded distributor app published in your own developer accounts | Yes. You own the listing and its reviews. | Not documentedAsk who owns the App Store and Play listings if you leave. |
Competitor columns record only what that vendor documents publicly, as of the date above. “Not documented” means we found no public statement either way — not that the capability is missing. Verify anything decision-critical directly with the vendor.August 19, 2026.
At a glance
| What we can verify | Our own platform, in a sandbox, on a call — including every row in the table above |
|---|---|
| What we will not do | Publish a negative claim about a named competitor without a public source and a date |
| How to use this page | Take the nine capabilities into both demos and record what you were shown, not what you were told |
| If you find a documented answer | Send it to us with the URL and we will add it to the table with the citation |
